Receive business licence renewal notices using the MyWhistler online service.
Whistler business licences expire on December 31 each year. Renewal fees are due by January 31.
Business licences are automatically renewed unless the applicant elected for the licence to be excluded from the annual renewal process.
In the event an applicant would like to renew a licence after it has expired, please email businesslicences@whistler.ca and request to reinstate the licence. The request must include the licence account number and the current mailing address for the business. A $25.00 application fee applies to reinstate a licence account.
Invoice by email
If you would like to have your renewal invoice sent by email, sign up for MyWhistler. Make sure you have your account number and access code nearby.
Payment
You can pay for your business licence renewal:
- online
- in person at Municipal Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday; or
- by phone at 604-935-8130.
- Interac e-Transfer to finance@whistler.ca. Please send as a non-password protected e-Transfer and enter the business license account number in the memo field.
Fees
Annual licence fee is $190.00 unless otherwise set out below, to a maximum annual fee of $2000.00
