- Stay Safe: Look out for each other and be mindful of your surroundings. If you notice anything concerning, please notify the Event staff.
- No alcohol: While we want you to have a great time, please remember that bringing alcohol into the venue is not permitted.
- No smoking or vaping: To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all attendees, smoking and vaping are not permitted within Whistler Village or Olympic Plaza.
- No Drones: For safety reasons, drones of any kind, are not allowed within Whistler Village or Olympic Plaza.
- Dogs on Leash: Well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome, but please ensure they are under control at all times.
- No Firepits: Open flames, including firepits, are prohibited within the venue.
- No Shade or Pop-Up Tents: To maintain clear sightlines and ensure everyone’s enjoyment, shade structures, and pop-up tents are not permitted.
- No Hammocks in the Trees or set up on the Great Lawn: For safety reasons and to protect the trees and their branches, please refrain from hanging hammocks in the trees within the venue.
