Bylaw complaint report

Submit a bylaw complaint:
bylawservices@whistler.ca

Please include:

• Your first and last name.
• Your address.
• Your phone number.
• The address of the violation or concern.
• A detailed summary of the problem.

If your complaint pertains to an internal strata issue, you must direct your complaint to the property management company or strata council.

Dispute a bylaw notice

Requests to dispute a Bylaw Notice may be submitted by email to bylawservices@whistler.ca. Only disputes for Bylaw Notices may be requested using this email.

Please include:

• Bylaw Notice #
• Date of issue
• Your name and postal address
• Your email
• Your phone number

After the adjudication request is filed and reviewed, a Screening Officer will contact you. 

A $25 fee is added to the penalty if an adjudicator finds the contravention did occur and the option to pay the discounted penalty is no longer available.

Adjudication requests must be received within 14 days of the issue date (21 days if the Bylaw Notice was mailed to you), or the opportunity to dispute the ticket will be denied.
